“I had a very special time at the Black Sheep Inn. The inn itself is gorgeous, masses of character, spotlessly clean, comfortable and with lots of room inside and outside to relax and feel at home. Simon and Miranda are amazing hosts, incredibly thoughtful, and full of local knowledge and advice on where to go and what to do. I’m a foodie and not a vegan, and I found Miranda’s breakfasts absolutely delicious. I really loved staying there and can’t wait to go back.”
“My husband and I returned to the Black Sheep Inn for a getaway. As new parents, we haven’t been away without the baby since he was born. What a luxury this was! The room was beautiful and clean and breakfast was superb! We are not Vegan but enjoy Vegan fare from time to time. Miranda’s food was AMAZING! Simon and Miranda were helpful but gave us our space as well. They were available as we needed them and so kind! We loved the complimentary champagne in our room and the delicious chocolates. Can’t say enough! Can’t wait to return!!!”
“Another great stay at the Black Sheep Inn. Grateful for great accommodations and beautiful vegan dinner and breakfast. Everything was delicious. Helped me surprise him with beautiful roses. So special. Simon
And Miranda are great hosts. And it is a beautiful historic place. Covid safe. Highly recommend.”
“We loved our stay with Simon and Miranda. Beautifully restored 1850s octagon home. Delicious breakfast prepared by Miranda. Champagne and chocolate in the room upon arrival, although we saved ours for breakfast mimosas. Friendly hosts. Can’t wait to go back. 5 stars”
“My husband and I had the most lovely 3-day / 2-night get-away at The Black Sheep Inn in October. Every detail was pure perfection, from the warm welcome as soon as we arrived, to the beautiful room with champagne waiting for us, along with phenomenal breakfasts each morning. The Innkeepers, Miranda & Simon were incredibly hospitable and made us feel right at home. Miranda is truly a culinary artist and we so enjoyed every moment of our stay. We are already looking forward to another visit in the not too distant future.”
